Drynaria, the ingredient in BoneDense is effective in preventing resorption of bone cells, increasing bone density, and have therapeutic effects on bone healing. It also has beneficial effects on bones by stimulating osteoblasts (bone formation) activities.

Helps dental health by restoring healthy alveolar bone arising from periodontal disease.

One cap twice a day. Do not take this product if you are currently taking a bisphosphonate.

Vegetable cellulose (capsule).

Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, milk, egg or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Keeps my bones strong
Calcium supplements don't work for me. This has kept my bones strong even with a hereditary propensity for brittle bones in old age.

Hard to find supplement
BoneDense contains a herb that builds not only bone but specifically has been studied and found to help with periodontal bone retention and ligament health. The older one gets bone loss in the jaw is common. I have taken this for some time and am satisfied with the performance of the supplement.
