Subscription Plans
Once you start a subscription you will receive a confirmation email from the sender Gluten Free Remedies with the email address glutenfreeremedies@hengam.io
This email contains the details of your subscription as well as a link to a portal where you can:
- Check subscription details (products, price, next order date, etc.)
- Cancel the subscription
- Pause the subscription
- Resume a paused subscription
- Skip the next order
- Reschedule the next order
- Change the subscription interval
- Change the quantity of products subscribed
- Remove products from your subscriptions (Adding new items is not available at this time. A new subscription will be needed or send a request to add new items to info@glutenfreeremedies.com)
- Update payment information
- Edit shipping address
- See the history of orders created for this subscription

- The subscription plans are preset and are not editable.
- You will receive a notification email 3 days before your subscription is set to renew.
- You will receive an email confirmation every time you edit your subscription.
- Your order will automatically be placed on the date of your subscription settings. Items will be shipped within 2 business days of renewal.
